Report from meetings held in Podgorica
REPORT FROM MEETINGS HELD IN PODGORICA WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF NATIONAL AUTHORITIES
18-22 OCTOBER 2018
In the period from 18th to 22nd October 2018, Mr. Nenad Radovic – Full Professor at the University of Criminalistics and Police Studies in Belgrade (Republic of Serbia) – was on a working visit to the official institutions of Montenegro to inform them about the goals and tasks of the NARCOMAP project. On that occasion, he visited the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro – Department for combating drugs (head of department) and colleague Bojana Bulatovic (a police officer). He also visited the Police Academy and the Forensic Center in Danilovgrad, where he met the Deputy Chief of the Police Academy, Mr. Mladen Bulatovic, as well as the Head of the Forensic Center Mr. Zoran Tomcic and his deputy, Aleksandar Ivanovic.
Mr. Nenad Radovic had the opportunity to meet with the representative of the Ministry of Health, Jasna Sekulic, who has already cooperated on several occasions on this project, and on this occasion she promised to provide us with some more information related to the drug area. The last meeting was held at the premises of the Post of Montenegro, and on that occasion, Mr. Radović talked with the Executive Director of the Post of Montenegro, Ivan Kalezić. Based on the facts about the project itself and its goals, Mr. Kalezic thinks that the project itself is very purposeful and applicative.
